Two sessions, both will be open to all ages and grades - but the second session will be more towards Brown/Black Belts

 

1) 12.30 – 14.15

 

14.15 - 14.30 short break

 

2) 14.30 – 16.30  

 

Cost for adults will be £25.00 paid in advance or £30.00 paid on the day

 

Juniors will be: £20.00 in advance or £25.00 paid on the day.

 

Open to all ages and grades, irrespective of style, association or affiliation.
